Product Description
The Krampouz crepe maker is electric and features a cast iron griddle sized 15-3/4 inch (40 cm) for crepe production. Its thermostatic control spans 122° to 572°F (50° to 300°C) for recipe-specific settings, and the on/off switch, power indicator light, and heating indicator light provide operating status during prep and service, aiding quick checks. Coiled heating elements (2 - 3) and a stainless steel frame complete the build for daily operation.
It is rated 3.75 kW and 208-240v/60/1-ph (single phase, 60 Hz) electrical service, and uses a NEMA 6-20P connection type as specified. For chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, the thermostatic control and indicator lights support straightforward operation, temperature management, and workflow visibility throughout service.
