Drive efficient crepe service with the Eurodib USA CEBIF4AT, a Krampouz electric crepe maker featuring a 15-3/4" (40 cm) cast iron griddle. Prepare full-size crepes, galettes, and blinis while maintaining a clean, professional presentation from breakfast through late-night service.
Dial in heat precisely with thermostatic control from 122°–572°F (50°–300°C). An on/off switch plus power and heating indicator lights help operators monitor status at a glance on the line, at a dessert station, or during catered action service.
A stainless steel frame surrounds 2–3 coiled heating elements beneath the cast iron plate. Rated at 3.75 kW, it runs on 208–240v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is cETLus listed.
