The Eurodib USA HBS-300L pairs a 12" blade with a belt-drive system and a 1/3 hp motor to streamline slicing on prep lines and deli stations. It produces clean, consistent cuts that support fast ticket times and tidy presentation.
Dial in the slice thickness from 0.2 mm to 15 mm to portion everything from paper-thin deli meats to hearty vegetable cuts. Use it to standardize portions for sandwiches, charcuterie, salad bars, and batch prep.
Built from anodized aluminum, this food slicer wipes down quickly at shift change. A Perspex protector guard, waterproof power switch, and emergency shut-off prioritize operator safety, while the integrated blade sharpener helps maintain peak cutting performance.
