The Eurodib USA M10ETL 10 qt planetary mixer streamlines prep for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers. A steady, gear-driven system and three fixed speeds help deliver consistent results across everyday mixing tasks. Its 0.7 hp motor balances power and control to support efficient workflows.
Whip meringue, cream, or egg whites to peak volume; blend cake batters and icings to smooth finishes; or mix mashed potatoes and sauces with dependable texture. The included stainless steel bowl, whip, dough hook, and flat beater simplify changeovers and keep production moving. Operators can stage batches confidently to meet service demands.
Designed for convenient placement, the unit runs on 110v/60/1 power and draws 6 amps (600 watts). Select the optimal speed for the application to reduce rework and maintain presentation standards. Not recommended for pizza, pita dough, or any equivalent product.
