Built for busy kitchens, the Eurodib USA M30AETL 30-quart planetary mixer streamlines high-volume prep with a 2 hp motor and gear-driven, three-speed operation. Its stainless steel bowl and tools support consistent results service after service.
Whip glossy meringues and cream, blend cake batters and icings, or mash potatoes and mix sauces with the included whip, beater, and dough hook. The 30-qt capacity helps chefs batch-produce staples for restaurants, commissaries, and institutional foodservice.
Fixed speeds promote repeatable recipes, while #12 and #22 accessory hubs are available to expand functionality. cETLus compliance supports code-ready installation on 110V/60/1 power. Note: not recommended for pizza, pita dough, or equivalent products, and change speeds only when the machine is stopped.
