The Eurodib USA M40A 220ETL is a 40 quart commercial planetary mixer engineered to streamline high-volume prep. A gear-driven transmission with three selectable speeds and a robust 2 hp motor delivers consistent mixing power for reliable results shift after shift. Stainless steel bowl, whip, hook, and beater withstand heavy use and simplify sanitation.
Scale recipes confidently—whip meringues, blend batters, and emulsify sauces with smooth, uniform textures that keep service moving. The cast aluminum construction adds durability, and #12 and #22 attachment hubs are available to expand functionality as your menu evolves.
