The Everpure KleenSteam® II Twin System (EVER-EV979722) is a total solution for steamers, including boiler base steamers, engineered to support busy kitchens with a 5.0 gpm flow rate. Designed to prevent limescale formation and support deliming, it helps maintain consistent steaming performance service after service. With a 20,000 gallon capacity, this twin system keeps operations moving smoothly for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who demand dependable water treatment for their steam equipment.
The system configuration includes (2) 7CB5 carbon filters and (1) SS-10 scale inhibitor cartridge, plus a dip tube for proper distribution. For maintenance and setup, it features a pressure gauge, water shut-off valve, and wall bracket. When deliming is needed, the system includes (2) 2.2 lbs.
