Showcase pastries and optimize service with a curved glass vertical dual zone bakery case configured with a refrigerated left and non-refrigerated right, sized at 50.13"W x 35.31"D x 42"H. The self-contained refrigeration system with a condensate evaporator and adjustable temperature control supports consistent performance on the left side, driven by 1/3 HP. Curved Thermopane tilt-front glass and tempered glass ends provide clear visibility from the customer side and staff view.
Warm 3000K LED top lighting and lighted shelves enhance presentation, while the white interior and two tiers of adjustable white wire shelves let you tailor displays for changing menus. Glass sliding rear doors speed restocking and service, and a choice of laminate with black trim integrates cleanly with casework designed for continuous lineups. This case meets UL and UL EPH CLASSIFIED standards and is DOE 2017 Compliant for specification-driven operations.
