A refrigerated self-serve bottom pairs with a convertible top—switchable between refrigerated and non-refrigerated—to adapt to changing menus and dayparts. This flexible format helps chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers streamline planograms and presentation.
The black interior and exterior create bold contrast, while the (2) tier black display step organizes packaged beverages, salads, and grab-and-go meals. 3500K LED horizontal and top lighting brightens every shelf so items stand out and customers can select quickly.
Up top, a baffle system converts modes as needed, and tempered thermopane front glass with rear sliding glass doors supports efficient restocking. A lighted, adjustable black wire shelf spotlights desserts, deli items, or promotional features. Installation is straightforward with 1/2 HP on 230v/60hz/1ph service and a cord-and-plug conn
