Product Description
Engineered for demanding deli programs, this high volume heated deli case measures 77-1/8”W x 35-5/16”D x 48”H and supports wet or dry heat service. Five independently controlled stainless steel heating wells, each with a Calrod® heating element, let teams hold multiple items with precise control. An infrared top heater complements the wells for consistent top heat across the display.
Presentation and workflow excel with sloped Thermopane tilt-front glass, a forced air front-glass defogger, and an LED top light that keeps food visible. Glass sliding rear doors with moisture vents, a stainless steel deck, tempered glass ends, and a removable wrapping board streamline serving and cleaning. Designed for continuous lineups with a choice of laminate and black trim, this case requires no drain and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, Made In USA.
