The 36-1/8"W x 35-5/16"D x 48"H footprint pairs with sloped thermopane tilt-front glass and tempered glass ends to deliver full visibility from multiple angles. An LED top light and lighted shelves bathe pastries in uniform illumination, and its continuous-lineup design integrates cleanly with adjacent cases for a cohesive display run.
Self-contained refrigeration with a condensate evaporator simplifies installation, while adjustable temperature control keeps product at the ideal holding range. Three tiers of adjustable white wire shelves and a bright white interior enhance organization and contrast, and rear glass sliding doors speed restocking without disrupting the customer view. Choose a laminate exterior with black trim to match your décor, featuring a 1/3 HP system that is UL EPH Classified and cULus listed, Made in USA, and DOE 2017 compliant for use in professional environments.
