This dual temp display case pairs a refrigerated self-serve bottom with a convertible top to fit changing menus and dayparts. Its 36-inch width optimizes footprint while supporting efficient grab-and-go service in cafes, bakeries, and cafeterias.
Switch the upper section from non-refrigerated to refrigerated with the built-in baffle system, then load from the front via the tempered lift-up thermopane glass. 3500K LED top lighting and lighted shelves illuminate products, while adjustable black wire shelves help you reset layouts quickly.
Tempered glass ends maximize sightlines, and rear sliding glass doors streamline restocking without disrupting guests. Use the two-tier black display step to stage featured items, from chilled parfaits and beverages below to pastries, sandwiches, or ambient bakery goods above as needed.
