Four independently controlled heated shelves and a removable stainless steel deck help streamline workflow from load-in to cleanup. Digital controls simplify operation, and adjustable leg levelers make it easy to achieve a stable setup on uneven floors. Engineered for 208-240V/60/1-ph at 13.5 amps, it includes a cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is UL and NSF listed.
