The Follett LLC ITS700SG-31 ice storage and transport system streamlines back-of-house ice handling while protecting product quality. An elevated, gravity-dispense bin stages up to 652 lb of ice so staff can load carts quickly with less scooping and fewer touchpoints.
The included SmartCART 240 is a fully insulated polyethylene cart with removable lids and a 240 lb capacity, letting you wheel clean ice to beverage stations, prep lines, or banquet service. Operators can fill the cart directly from the bin for fast, controlled transfers that keep aisles clear and service moving.
Built for demanding foodservice environments, this system features a full stainless steel exterior and base, a durable poly liner, and a stainless steel top custom cut for your ice machine. Follett’s SmartGATE ice shield and a poly door with PowerHinge door hinge help regulate flow and limit exposure during dispensing, and an ice paddle is included for final placement.
