The Frymaster 31814GF gas fryer battery combines three 63 lb frypots with an oil‑conserving, tube‑type design to keep production moving on the line. Built‑in filtration with an 8 GPM pump and a drain safety switch support safe, on‑demand oil polishing between rushes. Electronic ignition and 357,000 BTU of heat deliver responsive performance across back‑of‑house stations day after day.
Construction includes a stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides, plus rack‑type basket supports, basket hangers, and nine twin baskets. A filter starter kit is included, and the unit carries ENERGY STAR® and Enerlogic®, along with NSF, CSA, cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and CE certifications. Purpose‑built for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on efficient workflow and clean oil handling.
