Its FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller with auto top-off maintains oil levels and streamlines operation for consistent results. An integrated oil management package—complete with bulk oil set up, frypot covers, and an 8 GPM pump—reduces handling and supports fast turnarounds.
Rack-type basket support with a hanger and twin baskets organizes workflow and keeps batches moving during peak service. A stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides pair with a bottom splash shield for clean, durable performance in high-traffic areas. Adjustable casters ease positioning and cleaning access, and cULus, CE, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications support safe, efficient operation.
