The Frymaster FilterQuick Fryer Battery, model 3FQG30U, is a gas-powered, three-vat system with 30 lb capacity in each frypot. Its built-in automatic filtration and the FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller with auto top-off help maintain oil quality and consistent levels during peak service. Electronic ignition, a rack-type basket support, and a hanger with twin baskets streamline daily frying tasks for busy kitchens.
An integrated oil management package includes bulk oil setup and frypot covers, plus a 4 GPM pump for filtration cycles. The stainless steel front and sides stand up to heavy use, while adjustable casters simplify installation, cleaning, and reconfiguration.
