Product Description
The Frymaster/Dean food warmer and holding station, model FWH-1, uses radiant heat from a ceramic heating element that is protected by a wire guard for guarded warming. A paired heat lamp, plus the included cord and plug, deliver powered warming at the station for held items and active service. This combination provides warming at the holding area for efficient workflow and clean presentation during holding and plating.
The station includes a 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" stainless steel cafeteria-style pan and a matching screen for service, included as part of the station. An additional cabinet is required for use with this station as specified by the manufacturer. It is NSF and cULus listed by Frymaster for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on performance, workflow, and presentation.
