Built by Frymaster, model FWH-4 combines a food warmer and a 4”D cafeteria style holding pay with a scoop type grated screen for cafeteria style holding. This configuration is for RE80 models only, and an additional cabinet is required as stated by the specification. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can specify this Frymaster option when planning cafeteria style holding for RE80 equipment within their operations.
As a Frymaster food warmer paired with a 4”D cafeteria style holding pay, the FWH-4 is identified NSF, cULus for this accessory.
