The Frymaster®/Dean® Portable Oil Filter, model PF80S, is designed for fryer oil handling across busy kitchens. It accommodates up to 80 lb of oil and features a stainless steel pan housing suited to demanding back-of-house environments, delivering the strength operators expect from stainless construction.
