Engineered for high-volume service, the FWE A-144 heated banquet cabinet holds 120–144 covered plates up to 11 inches in diameter. Its natural radiant convection heat system preserves serving temperature and presentation while you stage plated meals for banquets, conventions, and catered events.
Streamline workflow with a one-door, three-shelf layout that organizes plate flights and speeds loading. Heavy-duty push handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6 inch casters (2 rigid, 4 swivel with brakes) let staff navigate halls, elevators, and ballrooms with confident control.
Built for daily use, the 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior resist dents and clean quickly between turns. The A-144 meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, NSF, and IPX4 standards, making it ready for front- or back-of-house holding and transport from kitchen to service area.
