The FWE A-180-2 heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume plating and service for banquets, catering operations, and institutional dining. Stage and transport 150–180 covered plates up to 11 inches in diameter with confident, repeatable results.
A natural radiant convection heat system helps preserve presentation from kitchen to venue. Dual doors with magnetic latches and three sturdy shelves speed access and organization on the line. Heavy-duty push handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6-inch casters withstand frequent moves between prep, holding, and service areas.
Constructed with a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior, this cart is built for daily use. NSF, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 ratings support rigorous foodservice standards and wet-cleaning routines.
