Stage up to (20) 14" x 18" or (10) 18" x 26" trays on 4-1/2" on-center slides to prep, hold, and serve efficiently. Removable tray slides, an adjustable thermostat, and a digital display make setup, loading, and monitoring straightforward for busy teams.
Built to move and protect, the stainless steel cabinet features a full perimeter bumper and 6" casters with brakes for safe, mobile service. Use it in cafeterias, healthcare meal delivery, or banquet lines where frequent access and quick turnover are essential.
