The FWE BT-200-XL heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume service by holding 160–200 covered plates up to 12-3/8" in diameter. Use it to stage banquets, pace courses, and maintain plate quality from plating to presentation. Its two-door layout supports fast access during peak service.
A top-mounted heat system and electronic temperature controls help maintain consistent conditions throughout the cabinet, supporting even results across large parties. Four shelves organize plated meals, while stainless steel construction withstands daily kitchen demands.
Move confidently through corridors and ballrooms with bar-type push handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6" casters configured for both tracking and maneuverability. Ideal for hotels, convention centers, and catering operations, it transports and holds finished plates so they arrive hot and presentable.
