The FWE E-1200 E-Series banquet cart helps chefs and foodservice teams stage, transport, and present plated meals with confidence. Electric forced-air heat delivers consistent holding temperatures, while a slide-out drawer accommodates canned heat when your service plan calls for it. This heated banquet cabinet streamlines the path from kitchen to dining room.
With capacity for 120–144 covered plates up to 11 inches in diameter, it supports banquets, catered events, and high-volume meal periods. Two doors open 270° to expose three shelves, speeding loading, sorting, and last-minute garnishing without traffic jams.
Recessed push handles and 6-inch casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—let crews maneuver through tight corridors and lock in place at service. A 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning between turns.
