Power high-volume plated service with the FWE E-1200-XL heated banquet cabinet. Engineered for banquets and catered events, it stages and transports 120–144 covered plates up to 12-3/8 inches in diameter. Electric forced-air heat helps maintain consistent holding temperatures from prep to presentation.
Speed up workflow with two doors that swing a full 270°, keeping aisles open while you load or serve. Three shelves organize courses or ticket groups, while recessed push handles and 6-inch casters (two rigid, four swivel with brakes) move smoothly through kitchens, ballrooms, and corridors.
Built for daily service, the cabinet features a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior. A slide-out drawer accommodates canned heat when desired. Ideal for hotels, convention centers, campuses, and large-volume foodservice operations.
