This E-Series banquet cart holds up to 96 covered plates (13-1/4" max diameter) with electric forced-air heat that supports consistent holding. Two doors open 270° to accelerate staging and retrieval during banquets and high-volume service.
Load four shelves quickly, then guide the cart smoothly using recessed push handles and 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—for controlled mobility across back-of-house corridors and event floors. A slide-out drawer accepts canned heat for added flexibility when power access is limited or transport runs long.
Built with a rugged 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, this cart stands up to daily banquets, catering routes, and hotel service. Use it to consolidate plate-up, hold courses for synchronized release, or stage room-service rounds while maintaining presentation.
