Streamline hot food holding and transport with the FWE ETC-1826-10HD heated transport cabinet. This under counter, non-insulated unit tucks beneath worktops to keep hot trays within arm’s reach without crowding the line. Stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily kitchen traffic.
Load five removable fixed slides, spaced 3 inches on center, to stage 18" x 26" pans or trays for banquets, room service, or make-ahead production. A single insulated door helps protect food temperature during short hauls between prep, cook, and plating stations. Recessed hand grip and 3" swivel casters move smoothly through tight aisles.
An IPX4 splash rating and cULus, UL EPH, and CE compliance support back-of-house cleaning routines and food safety programs. Put it to work at the pass, under a counter on the cookline, or in a catering prep area to organize workflow and speed service.
