The FWE ETC-1826-10PH proofer-heater transport cabinet maximizes under counter space while organizing sheet pan production. Designed for busy kitchens, it stages, proofs, and holds 18" x 26" pans right where you prep and plate. A non-insulated cabinet with one insulated door provides quick access in tight service lines.
A removable stainless steel tray rack features fixed 3-inch on-center spacing for five full-size pans, keeping batches consistent and easy to load. Slide trays in and out to rotate dough, warm breads, or time par-baked items for the oven. The recessed hand grip supports safe handling during transport between prep, bake, and service areas.
