Streamline pan transport and staging with the FWE ETC-1826-11 enclosed transport cabinet. This intermediate-height, non-heated and non-insulated unit accommodates (11) full-size 18" x 26" pans or (22) half-size 14" x 18" pans to support prep, holding, and delivery across your operation. Ideal for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers, this enclosed cabinet helps organize workflow from commissary to serving line.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet stands up to daily use while cleaning quickly between tasks. Roll confidently on 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—and steer smoothly using integrated push bar handles. A single insulated door adds protection for contents during transport.
Load and unload efficiently with (11) removable slides fixed 3" on center, enabling consistent spacing and easy pan changes. Move bakery sheets, sheet-pan entrees, or plated components wherever they’re needed—banquets, catering routes, or healthcare service. UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation requirements in regulated environments.
