This intermediate-height, insulated, non-heated cabinet carries high pan volumes while protecting product integrity in busy corridors. Stainless steel inside and out withstands daily use in hotels, healthcare, catering, and K-12 operations.
Load up to eleven 18 x 26 sheet pans or twenty-two 14 x 18 trays on removable slides fixed 3 inches on center. Push bar handles give operators confident control, while 5-inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—streamline maneuvering on and off elevators or trucks. One door simplifies access during portioning or service lines.
Use this unit to stage cold-plated meals before service, hold ambient bakery items, or organize route deliveries without tying up heated cabinets.
