The FWE ETC-1826-15-40-AL enclosed transport cabinet streamlines pan management from prep to service. Built with welded aluminum inside and out, it stands up to daily routes while keeping contents protected and organized. All-swivel 5" casters let staff steer smoothly through tight kitchens, hallways, and docks.
Load up to forty 18" x 26" pans or trays on fixed slides spaced 1-1/2" on center to maximize capacity without sacrificing access. A gravity latch door helps contain contents during movement, reducing disruptions and improving workflow. Use it to stage bakery sheets, bulk prep, or plated items for banquets and catering.
