The FWE ETC-1826-16 enclosed transport cabinet keeps high-volume operations organized and on schedule. Built non-heated and non-insulated for versatile staging and transport, this full-height unit features a stainless steel interior and exterior that stands up to daily foodservice demands. It is UL EPH Classified to support sanitation-focused workflows in commercial kitchens.
Maximize throughput with (16) removable slides fixed 3" on center, accommodating either (16) full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or (32) 14" x 18" trays. Use it to marshal mise en place, hold plated trays for banquets, or shuttle bakery sheets between production and service areas with ease.
Push bar handles and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enable smooth maneuvering through corridors and into coolers or prep zones. A single insulated door adds protection for contents during transport, helping you maintain orderly, efficient workflows from prep to presentation.
