The FWE ETC-1826-18PH is a half-height proofer-heater transport cabinet built for high-volume kitchens that demand pace and consistency. It stages up to nine 18" x 26" pans/trays at fixed 3-inch intervals, keeping batches organized and ready for service. A stainless steel interior and exterior withstand constant use and frequent cleaning.
Operators can remove the stainless tray rack to speed loading, swap menus, or wash down between turns.
