Streamline pan transport and staging with the FWE ETC-1826-19INS enclosed transport cabinet. This full-height, insulated, non-heated unit safeguards product quality while moving from prep to holding or service. It’s built for the demands of banquet prep, catering routes, and institutional kitchens.
Load up to (19) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (38) 14" x 18" pans on (19) removable slides fixed 3" on center for efficient airflow and orderly stacking. A single door and push bar handles enhance control in tight corridors and busy hallways. Slides remove quickly to simplify cleaning between menu turns.
Durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior construction stand up to daily transport. 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide smooth tracking, easy steering, and secure parking at docks or serving lines. UL EPH Classified design supports your sanitation program.
