This full-height, non-heated and non-insulated cart streamlines staging and delivery from prep to service without tying up heated holding space. Use it to queue baked goods, chilled trays, or plated meals for banquets.
Load up to 30 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 60 14" x 18" pans on 30 removable slides fixed 3" OC for consistent spacing. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily traffic, while push bar handles and 6" casters make corridor turns and elevator rides smooth.
Two insulated doors help shield contents during transport, and the mix of rigid and swivel casters with brakes keeps the cabinet steady at plating or dock stations. UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation programs in commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, and school nutrition operations.
