The FWE ETC-1826-30INS enclosed transport cabinet streamlines high-volume pan movement from prep to service. Its full-height, insulated, non-heated design helps protect product integrity during staging, transport, and holding.
Load efficiently with 30 removable slides set 3 inches on center, accommodating 30 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 60 half-size 14" x 18" pans. Dual doors with push bar handles enable quick access and organized workflows for banquets, catering routes, or commissary distribution.
Built for daily use, the 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel interior stand up to busy back-of-house conditions and cleaning protocols. Heavy-duty 6" casters—two rigid, four swivel with brakes—provide smooth, controlled mobility, and UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation compliance.
