Streamline pan staging and short-haul transport with the FWE ETC-1826-7 enclosed transport cabinet. This under-counter unit keeps workflow moving in tight kitchens, bakeries, and service corridors. Its non-heated, non-insulated design is ideal for ambient holding between prep, bake, and plating.
Organize product efficiently with seven removable slides fixed 3 inches on center. Hold either seven 18" x 26" sheet pans or fourteen 14" x 18" trays, while the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and cleaning.
An insulated door adds protection for contents during transport. A recessed hand grip and four all-swivel 3-1/2" casters make it easy to maneuver to and from the line, commissary, or banquet area—keeping mise en place, baked goods, or plated components within reach and out of the aisle.
