The FWE ETC-1826-7INS enclosed transport cabinet streamlines back-of-house workflow for chefs and operators who need dependable pan organization under the counter. Its non-heated, insulated design safeguards product during transport while keeping valuable prep space clear.
Outfit your bakery, banquet line, or institutional kitchen with seven removable slides set 3 inches on center, accepting either seven 18" x 26" sheet pans or fourteen 14" x 18" pans. Use it to stage baked goods, consolidate cold prep on trays, or shuttle plated items between prep and service areas.
Built for daily duty, the cabinet features a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior, plus a recessed hand grip for confident handling. Four 3-1/2" all-swivel casters allow smooth maneuvering in tight aisles, and UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation-focused operations.
