Streamline your dough prep and finishing workflow with the FWE ETC-2333-5PH proofer/heater cabinet. Purpose-built for donut operations, it stages up to five screens while maintaining precise heat and humidity for consistent rise and hold. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily bakery or commissary use.
Dial in results with an adjustable thermostat and separate controls that let you balance proofing and holding needs. A removable water reservoir simplifies humidification, while the see-through Lexan door lets staff check product at a glance without disrupting the environment.
The removable stainless tray rack accommodates (5) donut screens in either 23" x 33" or 23" x 23" sizes to match your production. Four swivel casters with brakes position the cabinet where it’s needed—near the fryer, finishing line, or service area. UL, cUL, and NSF listings support code compliance across facilities.
