Engineered for high-volume donut production and pastry finishing, the FWE ETC-2333-9PH proofer/heater cabinet streamlines proofing and hot holding. Its humidified system and adjustable thermostat let you dial in precise conditions, while separate controls fine-tune heat and humidity independently.
The removable stainless steel tray rack accommodates nine donut screens in 23"x33" or 23"x23" sizes, making batch changeovers fast. A see-thru Lexan door supports quick visual checks without opening the cabinet, helping maintain consistent results.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior in a non-insulated design, this mobile unit enhances workflow across bakeries, commissaries, and cafés. A removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleaning, and casters with brakes keep the cabinet steady during service.
