The FWE ETC-UA-10HD heated transport cabinet equips busy kitchens to stage, hold, and deliver hot food with confidence. Designed for efficient workflows, it supports smooth transitions from prep to plating to service, maintaining organized pan storage along the way.
Load up to 10 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 20 12" x 20" pans on 10 removable, adjustable universal tray slides set 4.5" on center. Adjust slide spacing to accommodate changing menus, from bulk entrées to sides and plated items, and keep production moving during peak periods.
A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup, while a single insulated door helps preserve cabinet heat during frequent openings. A recessed hand grip aids safe handling, and third-party validations—cULus, UL EPH Classified, IPX4, and CE—support safety and sanitation standards across demanding foodservice operations.
