Its removable, adjustable universal slides adapt on the fly to changing menus and pan sizes, helping crews keep pace during peak service. Configure for capacity or clearance as needed without slowing the line.
Stage, store, and deliver everything from baked goods to prepared menu components with confidence. The cabinet accommodates up to eleven 18" x 26" bun pans or twenty-two 12" x 20" pans, all organized at a standard 4-1/2" on-center spacing for predictable loading. One door simplifies access, while the format conserves space in tight corridors and prep areas.
Built for daily service, the ETC-UA-11INS features a rugged 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a sanitary 22-gauge stainless steel interior. Push bar handles provide controlled maneuvering around back-of-house and catering routes, and UL EPH Classified construction supports food safety programs and inspection readiness.
