Built for high-volume kitchens, the FWE ETC-UA-12PH proofer/heater cabinet streamlines prep and service. Its humidified system and adjustable thermostat help you proof dough or hold finished items at consistent quality. Load up to 12 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans or 24 12" x 20" trays to keep production moving.
Universal tray slides are set 4-1/2 inches on center and adjust in 1-1/2 inch increments to fit changing menus, from breads to plated banquets. Separate controls let staff dial in conditions for delicate proofing or gentle holding, supporting a smoother workflow across stations.
A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use, while a non-insulated cabinet with one insulated door balances performance and access.
