Streamline back-of-house transport and staging with the FWE ETC-UA-14INS enclosed cabinet. This half height, insulated unit helps you move prepared items between production, holding, and service while protecting product quality. Two doors support organized access during prep, plating, and delivery runs.
Configure the interior fast with 14 removable, adjustable universal tray slides set 4-1/2" on center. Load up to fourteen 18" x 26" bun pans or twenty-eight 12" x 20" pans to match changing menus, batch sizes, and service windows. Insulated construction helps shield contents during transit across kitchens, campuses, or event spaces.
Built for daily workflow, the 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel interior deliver durability and cleanability. Push bar handles promote confident handling and positioning. UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation standards for commercial foodservice operations.
