Streamline tray and pan transport with the FWE ETC-UA-22INS enclosed transport cabinet. This full-height, insulated unit helps chefs and foodservice teams stage, organize, and move high-volume production with confidence.
Outfitted with (22) removable, adjustable universal tray slides on 4-1/2" centers, it adapts quickly to changing menus and portion sizes. Load up to (22) full-size 18" x 26" bun pans or (44) 12" x 20" pans to consolidate runs, reduce trips, and keep lines moving.
Durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior withstand daily rigors, while push bar handles provide secure control through busy corridors. Two doors offer convenient access for batch loading or quick service. UL EPH Classified construction supports sanitation standards for catering routes, banquet operations, and facility meal delivery.
