Streamline prep and holding with the FWE ETC-UA-4PH undercounter proofer/heater cabinet. This humidified proofing cabinet helps chefs and operators stage, proof, and hold product at quality, right where it’s needed. Place it beneath a counter or on the line to tighten workflow in bakeries, catering operations, and high-volume kitchens.
Maximize space with four pairs of universal tray slides that accept either four 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" pans. Slides are set on 4.5" on-center spacing and adjust in 1.5" increments to fit changing menu items, from breads and pastries to covered hotel pans. Separate controls and an adjustable thermostat make dialing in conditions straightforward.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the ETC-UA-4PH is durable for daily use. A non-insulated cabinet body paired with a single insulated door, recessed hand grip, and removable water reservoir simplify operation and maintenance. Four 3.5" swivel casters with brakes let you reposition the unit for service, cleaning, or presentation without disrupting production.
