Optimize your back-of-house flow with the FWE ETC-UA-5INS, an undercounter, insulated, non-heated enclosed transport cabinet built for demanding service. Stage, store, and transport pans right where your team works to reduce steps and speed plating. The compact footprint fits beneath counters to free up valuable aisle space.
Configure the interior for the task at hand using five removable, adjustable universal tray slides set 4-1/2 inches on center. Load up to five 18" x 26" bun pans or ten 12" x 20" pans to stage baked goods, sheet-pan entrees, or hotel pans of mise en place. Insulated construction helps minimize temperature loss during transport from prep to service.
Built for daily use, it features a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior, plus a single insulated door. A recessed hand grip makes handling easier in tight spaces. UL EPH Classified, it supports sanitation standards across kitchens, banquet operations, and satellite service.
