Streamline production and service with the FWE ETC-UA-6PH heated holding proofing cabinet. This mobile unit combines humidified proofing and hot holding to keep doughs rising and finished items ready for plating. It supports fast transitions between prep, bake, and service lines.
Accommodate (6) full-size 18" x 26" trays or (12) 12" x 20" pans on universal slides with 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Dial in conditions using the adjustable thermostat and separate controls to match breads, pastries, or hot entrées. A removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleaning.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the non-insulated cabinet features a single insulated door and recessed hand grip for safe access. Roll it anywhere on 5" casters, with two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stable staging. Ideal for bakeries, banquet service, catering, and high-volume kitchens seeking consistent product and smoother workflow.
