Move trays with confidence using the FWE ETC-UA-7, a half-height enclosed transport cabinet engineered for busy kitchens and off-site service. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, it stands up to rigorous daily use while keeping contents organized and protected in transit.
Outfit the cavity to your workflow with seven removable, adjustable universal tray slides set 4-1/2" on center. Load up to seven 18" x 26" bun pans or fourteen 12" x 20" pans to stage batches, consolidate production, or shuttle plated items between prep, cold storage, and service areas.
A single insulated door secures the compartment, and push bar handles provide confident control when maneuvering. This non-heated, non-insulated cabinet supports efficient, sanitary transport and is UL EPH Classified for foodservice compliance.
